I know this world because I’ve lived it. Before founding Zenith Leadership Coaching, I managed teams at Betway Africa, a high-performance, fast-paced contact centre environment. I saw firsthand how even strong leaders get stuck in firefighting mode, and how it impacts not just results, but people.
Today, I bring that experience into coaching, backed by my credentials as a Globally Certified Gallup Strengths Coach. My approach is grounded in Gallup’s research-based framework, which has been proven to boost engagement, productivity, and retention across various industries worldwide.

What we do together
Through the Zenith Leadership Coaching Programme (30 weeks), I help contact centre leaders and executives reduce attrition, grow engaged teams, and lead with confidence. The journey begins with a 12-week operational pilot, and continues into 18 weeks of cultural growth and engagement.
